When shall i arrive?
The festival starts on the 1st of May 2025 with the first show taking place in the afternoon, we would advise arriving as early as possible or a day before.
Box office locations will be sent out one month before arrival to ensure you have up-to-date information on where and when to collect your wristbands for the long weekend.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
We will only cancel in extreme circumstances and will always do our best to find new dates for the experience to take place. In the event we do need to make a significant change to the experience we will contact you with more details as soon as possible.
I have missed a payment?
Payments will have 3 attempts before cancelling entirely. Please reach out to us at info@wearehigherlove.com if you have missed a payment or log in via your account and make a manual payment when possible. As a reminder, if your trip cancels by default due to non-payment your payments are nonrefundable.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, you can choose a payment plan at checkout and secure your trip with only a £20 deposit. The remaining balance will be debited from your account in monthly instalments.
How do I get my wristband?
Please bring valid ID, booking reference and email used when making your booking to the box office location shared prior to departure in exchange for your wristband. Wristbands will grant you entry to each of the events across the experience.
If lost, please head to the box office and speak with the team.
What is included in the festival pass?
The festival pass includes general admission to all headline shows across the weekend of your experience. Some items may be provided as add-ons which can be purchased at a later date, for example Boat Parties.

Where is the festival held?
Higher Love takes place across the best locations in mainland Malta. Cafe Del Mar, Gianpula Village + boat & beach parties, pop up parties and after party events.
Can I cancel my payment plan?
Once you have started your payment plan you must complete your payment schedule. If you are no longer able to attend, you can change the name on the ticket(s) to someone else. To do this you will need to get the new lead booker to set up a profile using this link: myeasol.com/sign-up once this is done, let us know via email on info@wearehigherlove.com.
Please note, you will only be able to transfer the whole booking over to someone new, partial booking transfers are not allowed. Bookings can only be changed with permission from both the lead booker and the guest taking over the booking.
Can I get a refund for my trip?
Bookings are not refundable however if Higher Love cancels the experience you will be entitled to a refund.

Where shall I book to stay?

Do I have to book my own accommodation?
Our partner hotel is already sold out. We reccomend booking via our travel partners at Malta Direct to get the best deals on flight and accommodation packages: https://www.maltadirect.com/higherlove - You can of course book flights and travel separately.
What is included in the VIP ticket?
VIP customers will be granted access to additional areas which contain extra bars, toilets and chill areas. They will also have priority access to all venues and queue jump at accreditation.
Is Higher Love 18+?
Yes, a valid photo ID, passport or driving license may be requested when you collect your wristband.
ID WILL BE REQUIRED TO EXCHANGE FOR A WRISTBAND. WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT TRAVEL IF YOU ARE UNDER AGE.
I can no longer attend, can I transfer my booking?
You can change the name of the booking and therefore transfer your booking over to someone else. To do this you will need to get the new lead booker to set up a profile using this link: myeasol.com/sign-up once this is done, let us know via email on info@wearehigherlove.com.
Please note, you will only be able to transfer the whole booking over to someone new, partial booking transfers are not allowed. Bookings can only be changed with permission from both the lead booker and the guest taking over the booking.
When will i get my ticket?
E-tickets and any important information will be sent to ticket holders two weeks before the festival, which will be exchanged in destination for your wristband at the box office on arrival.
Can I arrive without the lead booker?
Each person can collect their festival wristband with their e-ticket.
