1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using a ticket for the Higher Love Malta Festival, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ticket Validity
• E-tickets are unique to each attendee and must be presented with valid photographic ID upon entry.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in section 9.
• Reselling of tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Admission
• Admission is subject to venue capacity and at the discretion of the event organizers.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for reasons including, but not limited to, disorderly behavior, intoxication, or non-compliance with these terms.
4. Age Restrictions
• Attendees must be 18 years or older. Valid ID (passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID) is required.
5. Wristbands
• Upon entry, attendees will be issued a wristband, which must be worn at all times during the festival.
• It is the customer's responsibility to keep their wristband on. Wristbands will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
• Tampering with or removing the wristband will result in denial of re-entry or removal from the event.
6. Prohibited Items and Searches
• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, and any items deemed dangerous by event staff.
• All attendees are subject to security searches upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.
7. Event Changes
• The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
8. Liability
• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the festival.
• The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event, except where caused by negligence.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
• In the event of a significant cancellation or substantial alteration of the festival, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
• Refunds, if granted, will cover only the face value of the ticket and must be claimed within the timeframe set by the organizers.
10. COVID-19 and Health Measures
• Attendees must comply with all government and health authority guidelines related to COVID-19.
• The organizers reserve the right to implement health screening measures and refuse entry to individuals who pose a health risk.
11. Media and Recordings
• By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional purposes.
